what happens to "healing", when you allow a body to show what truly heals it?

would it maybe sound too simple?

if your body didn't need the fancy rituals and the big releases? if it didn't need the promoted methods?

would healing lose its meaning?

what does it actually mean to you?

and what does it actually mean for your body?

are you speaking the same language when it comes to healing?

do you have ideas and expectations what healing should be in order to be done the right way?

what is your body's idea of "healing"? and what is your body's way to heal?

is it maybe simpler than some healers are telling you?

is it maybe something completely different and seemingly unrelated?

Has healing become a trend, that leads to all kinds of things, but not to being more embodied?

In some places it seems like that...

Bodies are treated like machines, that all function the same, rather than a living being that might like to be considered individually.

People chasing a rush, a release, a quick expansion, only to contract again and keep walking the same path..

Like an addiction, shooting up in the highest highs, in the name of healing - to crash lower than ever before calling it a spiritual hangover, the proof that the healing was good and right, and then recovering to go for the next high, riding the cycle to the death of your body..

or the realization that maybe there could be something different..

maybe there could be a way out of that cycle.. and into actual connection with your body..

maybe there could be a little space where you let your body show you, what it actually needs..

and how beautiful it can be to be with it.. and maybe that's the main thing your body needs to heal?

for you to be with it?

to not escape it and drain it,

to not use it's energy as a drvg

to be with and learn to enjoy it right there where it is

to get to know it, and make friends with it

to build trust and

let it show you..

what truly heals it..

stop for a moment and let it be

would that be too simple?

what if bodies are that simple?

would that change the way we practice "healing?"

and would that change how our bodies feel?

would that change the way we move through life?

would you go for this?
