What if your business could teach you all you need to know about leadership? Would you listen and learn?

What if your business came to you, because you have all the skills needed to bring it to life?

Without a business owner, there is no business in our world.

But as energy the business existed before you owned it. The idea was there before YOU turned it into something touchable.

So what if you are the one giving a physical form to an energy that wanted to be brought to life. Would that change the way you look at your business?

What if it came with inbuilt wisdom of what it can be - and you just follow the necessary steps to make it physically possible?

Would that change the way you thought of “leadership” or “power”?

What if the true leadership is you listening to the wisdom of your business before you make decisions.

Maybe it means being the middle point where energy and matter meet to create something new. You become the voice of a vision only you have, you become its legal guardian, so it can be in the world with all of us.

Maybe that also means leading in way that seems unfamiliar or uncomfortable to the usual business owner. So maybe that would mean having no judgement about any of it. And maybe it would mean having to trust yourself and your business instead of coaches and experts.

Surely it would mean hearing a lot of interesting opinions about what you do and going for it anyways.

Is that maybe the teaching your business can give to you? To follow your own path - no matter what.

Isn’t that what leaders do?

Isn’t that powerful?

Only following the given worldly rules of business might make you blind to all other options and potential YOUR business might offer.

Considering your business as an energetic structure with it’s own life allows you a wider and more individual range of action.

How much more potent would that make your leadership?

Haven’t you always known that you are capable of more than climbing the typical ladder of success only to reach its top completely burned out?

What if you have everything it takes to move WITH the energy of your business - focused, precise and out of the box  - instead of AGAINST it, like most people do?

What if that would make you the true leader of your business?

Would you go for it?
