what happens to a body when you allow it space to be everything it is?

and what happens to a body that is constantly (misused, judged, and trained to function with no joy or gentle care?
can you feel a difference in your body when you ask these two things?
which one would you rather experience?
which one feels more like happiness?
and be honest, which one feels more far away, maybe even impossible?
in today's world space to Be can be a tough find.. what if we could gift it to each other?
what if we stopped judging each other, but for real. not the "all bodies are beautiful" kind.. but the "what makes your body truly happy?" kind
doesn't exclude the beauty, don't worry..
it just offers more space for a body to be seen as a living breathing being - instead of a fashion accessory or a battleground of others opinions
and what if that is not a huge mountain to climb, but something that starts small, in little encounters, little gestures.. a little caring action towards your own body, or maybe someone elses.. and it can happen right in this moment
a little question, instead of a judgement a compliment that comes with empowerment, instead of jealousy
or maybe just the realization of how judgement has become the norm of conversation - and the little choice inside to start changing that
what would happen to your body, if it had the space to be everything it truly is?
